Under Dog Gear's DCF products are finished using bonded seams. Instead of sewing with a machine, the fabric is heat-pressed and bonded together with special adhesive tape. Since there are no needle holes in the body, the airtightness and waterproofness of DCF are fully utilized. This method was developed through self-study after extensively reading blogs from American garage manufacturers when information in Japanese was scarce.
