Purchased new at the time of release.
It has been stored in a dark place with the batteries removed.
*The power button is a bit difficult to turn on. Sometimes it turns on with one slide, and other times it requires several slides. It reliably turns on within about 5 slides, so it should not be a problem for playing. Please purchase with this understanding.

There are some signs of heavy use on the A and B buttons from playing Pokémon back in the day, as well as some minor scratches and dirt. There are no cracks.

I played it again recently to confirm operation, and the sound, video, and button controls seem to be as they were back then.
I have many fond memories and attachments to this item, but I have long since finished playing and am satisfied, so I am selling it.
